Millers Oils has been running a Rising Stars programme to support up and coming young drivers, from all branches of motorsport
Now in its fifth year, the scheme has supported drivers with a range of Millers Oils products, technical advice, and assistance.
The final part of the package is promoting their successes and giving advice and support on marketing themselves.
Rally drivers have always featured strongly in the Rising Stars programme and this year, Millers Oils has chosen Kris Farrell as one of the winners.
Kris, 21, comes from Co. Fermanagh and has been involved in motorsport from an early age. After four years as a navigator, 2010 was his first year as a driver.
By coincidence, Kris competed in the Millers Oils BTRDA 1400 Championship in 2011 with a fifth place overall and class wins on several occasions. In 2012, he will again contest the series.
Kris has plans to compete in the BRC in 2013 and also has eyes on bigger things in the future.
