I am Kris Farrell and I'm a Graphic Designer.
The qualities I try to exemplify in my work are a sense of fun and simplicity. I love to learn new things and I’m always ready to innovate, improvise, and expand my skill set try new things. I have a passion for storytelling and interaction, and value the experience an audience will be a part of through my work. I love creating and design because of the experience people can gain from it, whether it’s from a poster to an event they’ll reminisce about 5 years from now or a mobile app that will help them learn another language.
Through my experience at UIdaho’s design program, I’ve gained time-management and organizational skills. I’ve worked on design projects both solo and on a team, including fliers, web page design, and logos. I was also able to increase my Adobe Suite technical skills on both a PC and the MAC OS.
With my 6 years of retail experience at everything from small bookstores to big box retailers, I am able to communicate, delegate tasks, manage my time, and provide excellent customer service.
